Help with at least three of the above packs on an as needed basis with services billed as they are completed but discounted 10% each

  1. This package cannot be applied to your very first service request, as that one is already discounted 15%.
  2. Each of the three(+) services must be in relation to the same case (you can’t mix and match cases).
  3. The Know Your Case Package is a mandatory inclusion.
  4. In the event that your case resolves earlier than expected and you have yet to satisfy your three service requirement, a back-pay fee in the exact amount of the discount for the earlier 1-2 services will be assessed to accommodate for the premature discount in services.

Frequently asked questions:

The turnaround times are a general reference of when you can expect to receive your completed service materials based on cases of average volume and under normal circumstances. They are conservative timeframes that allow us enough grace to give your service requests the time and attention they deserve. You can receive documents earlier than noted, however, you can also occasionally receive them later. Please understand that the turnaround times should be considered general approximations and not guarantees, as unexpected delays or unique complexities of your case can extend this time frame.

Service requests that involve extremely high volumes of documents that extend well beyond the normal realm of discovery that occurs in most types of civil cases (such as mass tort cases with several years of history), will more than likely take longer. Additionally, certain services that require us to request information from third-parties (such as open records requests), may also take longer.

We will do our best to communicate with you ahead of time and let you know if you should expect to receive a project outside of the general timeframe. You can also feel free to communicate any hard deadlines to us on the outset so that we can work to ensure we will meet your expectations.

It is very difficult to guess the total number of hours that will be worked on a service request as that is highly dependent on the size of your file and the complexities involved in your case. In general, smaller projects range anywhere from 5-20 hours while larger sized files can average anywhere from 30-60. This is why we prefer hourly rates over flat rates because in no case will you be overcharged; instead, you can be confident that you only pay for work actually earned on each service assignment.

That said, we do enjoy working on large scale/long-term projects that may last months on end, and are open to discussing an hourly cap or flat fee in these special circumstances. Please let us know during the intake process if you believe this set-up would be more compatible with your situation by selecting The Long-Term Pack on your Case Intake Form.

At the end of the day, our desire is to build and maintain a sincere, trusting, and mutually-satisfying long-term relationship with you. We hope this is reflected in everything we do.
